A Message from Tiffany Henley
Owner of Heaven Sent Helpers
In 2010, my mom, Shelia Corn, decided to launch Heaven Sent Helpers after caring for her own mom, my grandmother, Sarah Sauls. In the years leading up to 2010, she realized what it takes to juggle a career, a family, and a parent that is aging in their own home. She constantly found herself caring for my grandmother’s “to do” list instead of spending time with her. She and her siblings decided that to be able to enjoy quality time with their mother in her last days, it was time to hire a personal care aide. Although my grandmother was first resistant, she came to love her personal care aide. She also began looking forward to her kids coming again to visit and share family time together.
After my grandmother passed away, my mom became inspired to start a company that could provide the same opportunities for other families that the personal care aide provided for our family. That was the beginning of Heaven Sent Helpers. She worked tirelessly to serve the West GA community over the years.
While Mom was building Heaven Sent Helpers, my career was focused on working in hospitals and local communities as a Registered Nurse and Family Nurse Practitioner. I have always had a passion for working with older adults and have dedicated most of my career to serving them. I knew I wanted to spend the rest of my professional life making a meaningful impact and caring for my community, and Heaven Sent Helpers offered the perfect opportunity to do so.
As Mom started transitioning into retirement, I took on a full-time role with Heaven Sent Helpers. In March 2021, after years of hard work, Mom finally earned her well-deserved retirement, and I became the owner of Heaven Sent Helpers.
It is my truest privilege to continue with the company that Mom built in honor of my grandmother. I love what I do and the families that we serve. I promise that if you make the decision to trust us with your loved one’s care, that we will provide them with the same level of compassion that we would want our own family members to receive.
Since 2010, it has been our vision to be the provider of choice in the community and to be known and valued for providing the highest standard of in-home care services. That vision continues today. If you or your loved ones need assistance, I invite you to give us a call. We sincerely care and want to help!
