Do I have to sign a contract?
No, you will sign a service agreement that binds you to pay for services rendered.

What payment methods do you accept & when will I be billed?
We accept cash, checks, money orders, and major credit cards.
We invoice bi-weekly.

What is the minimum care required to use your services?
We have a four-hour minimum; however, beyond that, the client’s schedule is tailored based on what the client and their family want and need. This can be weekly, biweekly, as needed, or 24-7 care.

How do I know that each caregiver is qualified & cleared to take care of my loved one?
We perform an initial nursing assessment to determine the skills necessary to provide adequate care while enabling us to match personalities to the best of our ability. We try to hand pick the best caregiver for each client.

Can I always have the same caregiver?
It is our goal to minimize the number of caregivers on each schedule to help provided continuity of care and consistency for the client.

How is my caregiver screened by Heaven Sent Helpers?
Each employee is Certified Nursing Assistant, Personal Care Assistant, or a Companion Caregiver. All of which are kept up to date by continuing education and training. Heaven Sent Helpers has a field liaison that will make visits to your home to help ensure each caregiver is trained to adequately care for your loved one.

Each caregiver is kept current on their CPR training and has a clear criminal background check in accordance with Georgia State Law.

Lastly, each caregiver is licensed, bonded, and covered by worker’s compensation and liability through Heaven Sent Helpers.
